This is our routine location when visiting Ithaca. Thank you Dylan for great customer service......professional and welcoming. Overall all Staff were very friendly and efficient, inclusive of valet Team, Dining area. Thank You AMG
You can always expect a Mariott to be nice. Here the location is ideal next to the Ithaca Commons and generally all the shops and restaurants. I would stay here again. The room had a slight smell of an elderly home, but otherwise it was very nice. There was no free breakfast with the stay, but there is a restaurant in the lobby.
Easy check-in. No acknowledgement of status or offer to upgrade. Room was clean and well kept. No hand soap, they ran out. Lobby is smaller than expected, restaurant took up most of the space. Outdoor seating wasn't available due to falling material from the building.
Let me tell you something….if you come ti Ithaca, your lodging choices will be limited. But if you stay here, all is well! Great property, friendly staff. “Spike” will hook you up at breakfast…and that’s the most important meal of the day. Rooms are modern and updated. 10 of 10. Time for bed.
if you are staying in Ithaca — this hotel has a perfect location! Right in downtown, bunch of restaurants are located in the walking distance. Advise, you don’t need to valet your car here is you want to save some money, park at the green garage, it’s right around the corner and twice the price. Great bartender, young blonde lady she was genuinely nice
Very nice and clean hotel. A nice and usually open hotel bar and restaurant on the ground floor and the amenities are solid. Customer service was reliable but does not seem consistently well staffed. Rooms come with all the essentials in working condition.
Great hotel in a great Ithaca Commons downtown location. Walk to shops+ restaurants nearby. On-site restaurant= pretty good. Valet and self-parking available. Rooms big and clean. Shower+water pressure good Staff= very friendly and welcoming.
We stayed one night from Jan 10-11. Three people and two service dogs. Room 407 was with an amazing window view. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of variety of food and fantastic customer service. Coffee machine was broken at the reception, but I believe they will fix it as soon as possible. NO charger for the EV vehicle in the huge underground parking. The hotel was very clean and looked very well managed.
